AnalisesR6 is an independent platform dedicated to collecting, organizing and analyzing data from the Rainbow Six Siege competitive scene. Information is obtained from public sources, including official matches and broadcasts.

Rainbow Six Siege is a registered trademark of Ubisoft Entertainment. AnalisesR6 is an independent project with no official affiliation with Ubisoft.

6. Use of Third-Party Trademarks, Images and Content

Logos, team names, tournaments, player photographs and other displayed materials belong to their respective owners. Their use on this platform is exclusively for informational, identification and editorial purposes.

Player images may be displayed solely to illustrate statistics, profiles, match history, rankings or competitive information related to the player.

AnalisesR6 does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, photographs or media assets and does not suggest association, sponsorship, endorsement or official affiliation.

If any rights holder believes their content is being used inappropriately, they may request removal through the Contact page, with proof of ownership.

7. Data Accuracy

Although reasonable efforts are made to ensure information quality, statistics, images, player profiles and other content may contain errors, delays, omissions or outdated information. Content is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability or timeliness.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Errors, inaccuracies, omissions or outdated information

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform, including its data, statistics, profiles and visual content, shall be submitted exclusively to the courts located in the State of Florida.

If you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction that provides mandatory non-waivable rights, such rights will apply to the extent required by local law.

10. Dispute Resolution

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the platform, including its data, statistics, profiles and visual content, shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted on an individual basis.
