Esports World Cup 2026

The Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026 is one of the biggest multi-game events on the global competitive circuit, bringing together the top Rainbow Six Siege organizations from every region in pursuit of the year's championship title.

Unlike regional leagues, EWC brings together the best of each region into a single international tournament, raising the bar with every phase and standing as one of the most prestigious events on the competitive calendar.

Phases: The tournament runs across four phases. Phase 1 features 8 teams split into 2 groups of 4, played in double elimination, with the top 2 from each group advancing to Phase 2 — a cross-group play-in. The winners join the rest of the field in the Group Stage, played by 16 teams across 2 groups of 8 in a GSL-style double-elimination format, from which the 8 Playoffs qualifiers emerge.

Playoffs: bring together the 8 qualified teams in single-elimination matches — Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Grand Final — that crown the edition's champion.

For the qualified organizations, EWC is a global showcase that places Rainbow Six Siege alongside the world's biggest games, with prestige and prize money that reinforce its weight on the international calendar.
